The ideal Chief Financial Officer (CFO) models the Access culture and standards as a valuable member of the executive team. The CFO will collaborate across departments and locations, work with a sense of urgency, be a creative problem solver that holds departments accountable for their team’s individual learning and performance improvement and drives business growth. They will seek information and assistance without hesitation while constantly striving to learn and ask “how do we get better at this?”
The CFO will report to the CEO and will have direct responsibility for accounting, planning, budgeting, financial management, revenue cycle, billing and collections and all financial related activities overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, IT, monthly close, yearly close.
Located in the heart of the beautiful Hudson Valley, Campbell Hall is situated ½ way between Albany & NYC, approximately 1 ½ hours from each.
